COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Firm Policy Update

As we learn more about the evolution and impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to assure our valued clients and friends that we are monitoring the situation closely. At this time, our main concern is for the health and safety of our clients, our employees and their families.

As of March 20, 2020, all face to face appointments are being transitioned to telephone appointments. We encourage all other clients to drop off their information in the lobby, backdoor mail slot, or submit by e-mail. For those of you dropping off, we ask that you leave your information in a box just inside the front door and we will have paper available to write messages if needed. Please note that we will take every precaution necessary to insure the sanitation of our lobby. We trust that all of our clients understand this action is necessary and we will revisit this policy on May 1st.

Note: Once you receive your completed tax return, please make sure to sign the appropriate forms (8879, etc.) and either hand deliver/mail as soon as possible to our office or e-mail a copy to info@bticpa.com.
